So What's Different?
The secret of Enduro is in the formulation of the film. This has been developed by IP's Research and Development Group over the past 4 years and is unique. It has enabled a thinner film to be produced that still retains the strength and UV protection required for bale wrapping.
Enduro is pre-stretched under strictly controlled conditions during manufacturing. When applied to the bale as recommended using the Enduro Gears, the film pulls back strongly and fastens tightly around the bale.
The excellent tack characteristics of the film bind the layers together giving a superb seal, keeping air out and nutrients in.
Environmentally Friendly
As Enduro uses less film per bale, this reduces the cost of film disposal and is better for the environment.
More Bales Per Roll
With up to 50% more bales per roll this means fewer roll changes and reduced downtime for the busy operator. More bales can be wrapped with the film stored on the wrapper so there is less need to return to base each day for additional supplies.

NB Enduro necks down less than conventional film when applied to the bale, which means it can be narrower but still maintain a good overlap.
Well Tested and Proven
Enduro has been tested for the last two years on farms in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
Both round and square bales have been successfully wrapped with Enduro using professional contractors and the leading brands of bale wrappers. Results from these trials, including those carried out at Cemagref, a leading French silage research centre, have shown that the quality of the silage from Enduro wrapped bales is equal to that produced from bales wrapped in ordinary film.
The superior air barrier formed by Enduro has also been proven at Cemagref. Tests carried out showed that the seal of Enduro wrapped bales using 4 layers of film was twice as efficient as bales wrapped in conventional film.
The more air that can be excluded from wrapped bales, the better the silage fermentation and the better the nutrient value.
Will my wrapper take Enduro Film?
Enduro can be used on a wide range of bale wrappers - mounted, trailed and in-line, where the pre-stretch unit has been correctly modified. This is normally a quick and simple operation.
