Feed Bag Enterprizes Ltd. was incorporated in December 1996. The principle sales at that time were custom silage bagging services.
Business was subsequently expanded in 2002 to include the sale of silage plastic, inoculants and livestock minerals and supplements. "PowerFill" was formed as a wholly owned division of Feed Bag for these retail sales.
PowerFill USA Inc. was incorporated in Montana to sell similar products in the United States.
